Hot and spicy Jamaican Jerk Sauce.

This sauce has all the flavour of traditional Jamaican Jerk and can be used either as a marinade for seasoning or as a table sauce to add that morish kick.

Ingredients: Water, tomatoes, cane sugar, cane vinegar, molasses, Scotch Bonnet Peppers and herbs and spices.
